Make Your Own Product Price Tags Free

make your own product price tags free · price tags 8 12 or 24 tags per A4 sheet

Hand-written price tags make the shop look untidy and are hard for customers to read. This tool pulls the list from the shop menu you filled in before (or you can type a new list), then lays the tags out on A4 paper for you automatically, with cut lines. You can choose 8, 12 or 24 tags per sheet.

The price numerals use a bold typeface that is easy to read from a distance, you can attach a recommended / new / spicy label, and you can put a QR of your shop's menu page onto the tag in small so customers can scan and look at the full menu. If there are more products than one sheet, the system splits the pages by itself and they can be printed one after another in a single go.

Frequently asked questions

How many tags can be printed per single sheet of paper?

There are three choices: 8, 12 or 24 tags per single sheet of A4 paper. The system works out the cell size and splits the pages automatically when there are more products than one sheet. Press print once and you get every sheet in one job.

Do the tags come with cut lines?

There is a dashed line dividing every cell for you to follow with scissors or a cutter straight away, no need to measure or draw the lines yourself. The dashed lines are designed to be thin enough not to disturb the eye when the tag is hanging in front of the real product.

What kind of printer is needed?

An ordinary printer at home or at a copy shop is enough. Print at A4 with zero margins. The price figures are black on white, so they read clearly even printed in black and white. If you leave the badge colour and the QR off, it uses almost no colour ink.

How do I type in many product items at a time?

Type the product name and the price separated with a comma, then start a new line for each product. You can also paste it over from Excel or from notes on your phone. The system reads it line by line and makes you every tag in one go.

Can the list be pulled from a menu made before?

Yes. If you have filled in a menu before in the QR menu tool on the same machine, there will be a button to pull the list from the shop menu with a single press. The names and the prices all get filled in for you, and then you delete the items you do not want tags for.
