Is it really free? Are there hidden conditions?
Really free. All 14 of the main tools can be used without paying and without entering a card. Our income comes from the Pro package, for shops that want a full online shopfront.
Do I have to sign up before using it?
No. Open a tool and you can use it right away. Sign up through LINE only if you want to save your shop details to use across devices, or to upgrade to Pro.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. Every tool is designed so you can finish it on a phone alone, from filling in the details to downloading the file.
Do the files have a watermark? Can I use them commercially?
No watermark, and you can use them fully for your own shop, both in print and posted online.
Is our shop's data safe?
Most of the tools run on your own device. Things like your PromptPay number or your sales figures are not sent up to a server. For the parts that are stored (an online menu, for example), you can read the details in the privacy policy.
If I buy Pro and then don't renew, will my page disappear?
It won't. Not renewing is not a reason for us to take your page down; it is only the Pro extra features that stop working until you renew. Other cases — suspending an account used against the rules, for example — follow the terms of use.
