Why it's safe
- What you type into the free tools doesn't leave your device. Everything is calculated in the browser. Leave this page open and turn the internet off, and you can still press create and carry on printing.
- We don't keep your shop's data on a server. Your shop name, PromptPay number and list of sales are not sent to us.

Corporate customers, or customers who have to claim the money back, often ask for a receipt, but buying a bill book and writing it by hand is both slow and looks unprofessional. This tool lets you fill in the shop name, the items, the quantity and the price, and you get a tidy-looking receipt/cash bill, printable in both A5 size and 80 mm thermal paper.
The bill number runs on continuously for you automatically on your own machine. It works out the discount and VAT 7% (either added on the outside or included inside) correctly down to the satang. Send it to the customer on LINE straight away, or print it to put in an envelope. Note: this is an ordinary receipt/cash bill, not a tax invoice (you must be registered for VAT in order to issue a tax invoice).
Frequently asked questions
Can it be used in place of a tax invoice?
No. A tax invoice can only be issued by an operator who is already registered for value added tax, and it has to carry the full set of particulars the law requires — which this tool does not collect: the buyer's name and address, the seller's address, and the branch identifier. So this tool issues only an ordinary receipt or cash bill, which most shops can use. If you have to issue a tax invoice, use the form of an operator who is already registered, or ask an accountant.
Where is the bill data kept?
It is kept in the browser on your machine only, both the shop information and the last bill number used. We do not see your shop's sales items or amounts, and there is nowhere on our server that keeps any shop's bills.
Can it be printed on a thermal slip printer?
Yes. Choose the 80 mm slip size and the paper length adjusts itself to the number of items automatically, no need to guess it yourself. Or if you use an ordinary printer at home, choose the A5 size and print on ordinary paper straight away.
Does the bill number run on automatically?
It runs on for you. The system remembers this machine's last bill number and offers the next number every time you open it again. But you can change it to any number you like if your shop already uses its own numbering system, for example starting the numbers again every month.
Can the bill be sent to the customer on LINE?
Yes, two ways. Press save PNG image and send the picture into the chat, or press copy text and paste it as letters in the chat, which is easier for the customer to search back through than a picture. Neither way has to go through our server.
