Chasing money from a friend, a customer or a business partner is one of the most uncomfortable things for anyone doing business — chase too hard and you lose the relationship, don't chase at all and you don't get the money. This tool collects money-chasing messages that have been carefully written, divided up by situation: a first reminder done smoothly, following up an instalment that is past its due date, all the way to chasing seriously but still keeping your manners.
Choose the tone you want (very polite / normal / straight to the point), choose the ending word kha or khrap to match the person sending, put in the recipient's name, the amount and the due date, then copy the message to send on LINE, or attach a PromptPay QR with the amount already locked in so they can pay immediately in a single message. The easier it is to pay, the faster you get the money.
Frequently asked questions
How many messages are there to choose from?
There are three tones times three wordings, nine messages in total, and on every one of them you can choose the ending word as kha or khrap. Every message was written in advance by a real person, it was not made up on the spot by an AI, so when you read it, it does not seem like an automatic message.
Can a payment channel be attached along with the message?
Yes. Put in the PromptPay number and the system makes a card with a QR locked to the amount you are chasing for you straight away. The recipient can scan and pay immediately without having to ask back which account to transfer into, which helps finish it in a single message.
Is the message that gets made kept anywhere?
None of it is sent to us. The customer name and the amount stay in your own browser. We cannot see who you are chasing or for how much, and this page never sends a message out by itself.
I have chased and the customer has gone quiet, what should I do next?
Try changing to a more straight-to-the-point tone and sending again, stating the due date clearly. A message with the date and the amount clearly stated usually gets an answer faster than a message that just asks vaguely when it would be convenient to transfer.
Can it send the message automatically for me?
It cannot, and that is on purpose. This tool makes the message for you to copy and send yourself in the app you already use to talk to the customer. Sending it yourself means you can read back over it before you press send every single time, which matters a lot with a message about money.
